The IPC seeks to encourage thoughtful analysis of immigration policy among the graduate and undergraduate students who are likely to become tomorrow's immigration policy analysts and policy makers. We can help do this by offering them a forum to express their perspectives on immigration-related topics. So, the IPC will periodically publish graduate and undergraduate research papers relating to immigration issues on this website in its series: Finding Tomorrow's Immigration Voices. The IPC will consider for publication papers submitted by professors who teach immigration-related courses or submitted by students who have written research papers on immigration issues. Please send the papers or any questions to the IPC at kvoigt@ailf.org. SPRING 2007 - University of St. Thomas, School of Law. Below are links to five reviews of Hiroshi Motomura's book Americans in Waiting. These were the top five papers out of 26 that were written by students in a law class taught by Kathleen Moccio. FALL 2006 - Hubert H. Humphrey Institute of Public Affairs, University of Minnesota. The three links below go to three papers that discuss the impact of immigration issues on recent elections in the United States and in France. The papers were written for the Fall 2006 graduate level course on “Immigration and Public Policy” taught by Dr. Katherine Fennelly at the Hubert H.
