Ms. Navarro’s direct contact with the Hispanic community has highlighted her career and it is the audience who frequently informs her of particular incidents, thus providing her with exclusive stories.

Countless numbers of her reports have instilled in the community a desire to improve standards of living and pursue further education. Her stories also provide valuable information and reliable resources that assist Hispanics in issues such as: legal assistance and literacy.

Legal affairs, labor laws, fraud towards the elderly, and health concerns are a few of the topics emphasized in many of her stories. Ms. Navarro has a particular interest in assisting Latin women, many of who reside in public housing.
